Where are you located and how far do you travel?

The Shasta Bar is located in Ballston Spa, NY. We travel within 40 miles. Additional fees may apply to locations greater than 40 miles.

How does it work?

New York State does not allow mobile bars to obtain a liquor license. This means you provide the alcohol and we provide the rest! We are happy to work with each client in helping to determine a menu as well as direction with how much to buy.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! The Shasta Bar carries general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. 

​

Are your bartenders certified?

Yes! We require all of our bartenders to be TIPS certified. We check ID's and will not serve visibly intoxicated guests.

What are the dimensions of Bonnie?

Bonnie, our '67 Shasta Compact, is 9'7" L x 6'7" W x 7'6" H

What are the dimensions of Polly?

Polly, our satellite bar, is 5' L x 2'3" W

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve the date of your event along with a signed agreement. The remainder is due the day before your event. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel 60 days of your event. You'll receive 50% of your deposit if you cancel less than 60 days of your event. No refunds for canceling less than 30 days of your event.

I am interested in booking, but I don't see a package that fits my needs.

The Shasta Bar works with each client to make their event memorable and fit their needs. The packages are an outline to a variety of custom packages we can offer including but not limited to coffee and tea bar, mimosa/bloody mary bar, sangria bar, and more!
